although the world develops much faster and better, the resources on the earth get fewer and fewer.in order to protect them ,something must be done.save water.water is the source of life.no water, no life.so it’s very important for us to do so .not only should we protect drinking water and stop polluting it, but also make full use of it.save electricity.it is crucial.we can’t imagine what the life will be like without it.everyone should do his best to save electricity.don’t forget to turn off lights or other electric machines when we finish working.save forests.they are useful .please stop cutting them down and use recycled paper instead.make our world a green one to live in.recycle useful rubbish.plenty of rubbish can be recycled like cans , paper, bottles, and so on.we can save resources in this way.i believe we can make the world a better place to live in.

我家住在太西镇，我家门前有一条长长的大水沟，要是以前，我一定跷起大拇指夸它，可是现在，我对它却提之有愧。我从小就在这条水沟边玩耍，记得我五六岁时爸爸经常带我到沟边玩水。每到夏季，沟里的水涨得满满的，水中的鱼儿成群接队，追逐嬉戏，沟的两边是茂密的杂草，鸭子喜欢在草丛中穿来穿去，仿佛在捉迷藏，每天一早，当杂草上闪烁着露珠，鸭子就歌唱起来了。清澈的沟水哗哗地向东流去，似乎也在欢乐地合唱着，每天下午，这里简直成了我们小朋友的乐园。

后来，在不知不觉中，沟水变的又脏又臭，连一条小鱼也看不见了，沟面上不时漂来一些动物的尸体，各色的塑料袋，树叶禾杆，饮料罐……原来，近几年，太沙工业园区新建的厂子越来越多，各个厂子的废水没有经过处理就直接排进这条水沟，人们也随便往沟里倒垃圾，丢砖头……现在，沟两边茂密的芦苇被一些人割去喂羊，剩下的红柳树也寥寥无几，鸟儿不在这里搭巢，鸭子不在这里歌唱，有时沟里到处漂着大大小小的死鱼。

啊！家乡，你原来是多么美丽整洁呀，可现在你却变成了一个被污染的小镇，我从心底里大声地疾呼：“人们，醒悟吧，保护生态，保护环境，义不容辞！只有这样，才能拯救水沟，拯救家乡，拯救地球，拯救人类自己。如今，愚昧无知的人类却无止镜地把工厂的'废气、废液和烟尘大量地排放到地球妈妈的皮肤上、血液里，排放到地球妈妈哺养人类的乳汁中，仅全世界每年排放到大气中的铅、汞和镉就分别是200吨、11000吨和55000吨，那一团团废气、烟尘，那一股股废液、污水，像群群癌细胞张牙舞爪地向我扑来，侵袭着我的身体健康，甚至还把保护地球妈妈和我们的臭氧层面纱撕了两个打洞，使紫外线无情地灼伤了地球妈妈的皮肤，严重危害着我们的生存。你看，我们常把天空比喻是蔚蓝的海洋、白云比喻是洁白的棉花，草地比喻成绿色的地毯，而实际却一切都变成灰色的，这些环境的变化，令我伤心，让我落泪。

人类的衣、食、住、行无一不依赖大自然的恩赐。大气、森林、湖海都是人类赖以生存的条件。我们人类应该清醒了，破坏自然环境，就等于自毁家园，制造饥饿。朋友们，让我们行动起来吧！保护环境，义不容辞！
