do you have a goal for your work? do you have a goal for your study? do youhave a goal for your life? maybe i will get an affirmative reply. yeah, everyonehas a goal of doing something. there is no doubt that a goal is very importantin our life. now i want to tell you a true story in my school life. i havelearned a lot from it.

i never forget last year’s school sports meeting. 1500-meter race was oneof the most exciting. before the race, my best friend xiaoshan had a goal to beno. 1. as a matter a fact, she is not so strong, but she is a sunny girl. she isactive and likes doing sports. what’s more, she tries her best to achieve thegoal, but i wonder if she is able to be the champion. there were eight playersin the race. on the first lap, she was in the sixth place; on the second lap,the took the fourth place, she went on running and she ran toward her goal, thegoal in her mind, look! on the last lap, she was the first to pass the finishingline, she was the winner. oh, great! she made it! congratulations!

at that time, i knew a goal was so necessary and important. i made adecision : “i want to take part in the english speaking competition held in myschool. what’s more, i will try my best to be no.1 in the competition as my bestfriend xiaoshan did in sports meet. ” i am sure of it. i still remembered whatmy english teacher said to us. he said :“if anyone took the first place in ourschool english speaking competition, he or she will be chose to take thecompetition held in jinjiang. it’s a great honor!”

though i can do well in my english written exams, however, to be honest, iam a little afraid to speak english in public. my english teacher oftenencourages me: “raoning, your voice sounds so beautiful, be brave, you willsucceed.” from then on, i kept a goal in mind. i said to myself aloud: stick toyour goal and you will win. and then i try my best to improve my oral englishand dare to speak either in class or after class. at last, i took part in thecompetition and became no. 1. i am chose to take part in the next year’s englishspeaking competition held in jinjiang. i said to myself aloud again: come on!you will win.

how time flies! today i am a lucky dog. i am very honored to give you aspeech. i hope everyone has a dream! in fact, we should work hard to make ourdream come true. otherwise it will become day dream. at the same time, i hopeeveryone has a goal in mind, because the goal is the first step to success. comeon, my friends, goal, goal, goal, success, success, success!

the cynics say the college students are the pampered lost generation, which would cringe at the slightest discomfort. but the cynics are wrong. the college students i see are eagerly learning about how to live independently. we help each other clean the dormitory, go shopping and bargain together, and take part time jobs to supplement our pocket money.

the cynics say we care for nothing other than grades; and we neglect the need for character cultivation. but again, the cynics are wrong. we care deeply for each other, we cherish freedom, we treasure justice, and we seek truth. last week, thousands of my fellow students had their blood type tested in order to make a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer.

as college students, we are adolescents at the critical turning point in our lives. we all face a fundamental choice: cynicism or faith, each will profoundly impact our future, or even the future of our country. i believe in all my fellow classmates. though we are still inexperienced and even a little bit childish. i believe that we have the courage and faith to meet any challenge and take on our responsibilities. we are preparing to assume new responsibilities and tasks, and to use the education we have received to make our world a better place. i believe in our future.

大家好!我是村村官。

首先，感谢组织上给我这样的一个机会，参加本次定工干部的竞聘，这既是对我的检验和锻炼，也是对我的鞭策和信任，我非常珍惜。

年的7月，我通过参加大学生村官的考试，光荣地成为了一名大学生村官。在这两年多的时间内，我的工作角色从一名村官变成了建设局的一般办事员，从熟悉到陌生，从陌生到了解，到深入，工作角色的转变，曾经让我极度挣扎过，但是，在前进的道路上，既然没有退路可言，那唯有硬着头皮往前冲。而我自己，也时常用拿破仑的一句话勉励着自己—不想当将军的士兵不是一个好兵。

下面，我主要从以下两个方面分享一下这些年的工作体会。

在村里工作的那段时光，可以用“无忧无虑”这四字来概括。作为最基层的组织，农村工作以做好“上通下达”为主，同时，各种村情民意的反馈工作也需要同步更进。在不参与重大事项决策的日子里，我的工作性质就是落实和上报，类似表格的填写、台帐的创建、文章的撰写工作，我都亲力亲为、保质保量地按时完成，积极配合好村里各项日常工作的开展，哪里需要我，我就去哪里。入村的一年多时间里，我的足迹遍布了村，所有的村民小组长都知道我的存在。在农村，事无巨细，凡事都要亲力亲为，秉公处理，这是化解各种矛盾的试金石。

建设局的市政绿化科，是一个非常锻炼人的地方。几个月前，我的内心还是非常抵触的，但现在，我很享受工作的每一天，因为我慢慢地爱上了工程，每一个工地，就像是我的一个孩子，在它没有竣工验收之前，我都会小心地去呵护。在推进工程的过程中，总会遇到各种各样的难题，而我，也会想尽办法去克服困难，让每一次困难见证自己的成长。我不是土木工程专业的毕业生，也不是给排水专业的高材生，这为我日常工作的开展造成了不小的障碍，图纸上的细节部分或者常规处理，我都无从知晓，但是我会通过不同的途径找到我想要的正确答案，同时在积累经验的过程中找到属于自己的快乐。

ladies and gentlemen, keeping optimistic, you will be able to realize, in spite of some hardship, there’s always hope waiting for you, which will lead you to the ultimate success. historically as well as currently, there are too many optimists of this kind to enumerate. you see, thomas edison is optimistic; if not, the light of hope in his heart could not illuminate the whole world. alfred nobel is optimistic; if not, the explosives and the prestigious nobel prize would not have come into being. and lance armstrong is also optimistic; if not, the devil of cancer would have devoured his life and the world would not see a 5-time winner of the tour de france.

a rose may be beautiful, or maybe not; that depends on your attitude only, and so does success, so does life. hindrances and difficulties do exist, but if you are optimistic, then they are only episodes on your long way to the throne of success; they are more bridges than obstacles! now i prefer to end my speech with the great british poet shelley’s lines: “if winter comes, can spring be far behind?” thank you!

我叫x，现任x街道x社区书记助理。转眼间在社区已任职一年时间，在这段时间里我学到很多的东西，积累了大量的宝贵工作经验，也学会了为人处事的方法，从一个“学生”真正成为一个“同志”，这些成绩的取得都离不开各位领导和村民的指导和关心，很荣幸地能够在这里给各位领导及同事进行竞职演讲，现将本人一年来的工作情况汇报如下：

一、摆正心态、转变角色。

刚走出学校的大门，踏上新的工作岗位，当踏进社区大门第一天时，简陋的办公场所，整齐摆放的各类文件。室内坐满了“裤腿挽起，泥土沾脚，浑身尘土”的党员、干部、村民，他们见我到来，全部笑脸相迎，一口一个“大学生村官来啦!好好干”。他们那诚实的语言，企盼的眼神，希望的心情，一时使我不知所措。面对陌生而慈祥的面孔。我只好点头致意。艰苦的农村生活方式，繁重的工作重担，善良而诚实的村民，使我的心情忐忑不安，久久不能平静。既来之，则安之，经过昼夜苦思冥想，想方设法，利用一切工作方式与党员、干部、村民接触，谈心交心，共同生活。使我感到了社会农村这个广阔的天地，是取之不尽，用之不完的知识宝库，他们那勤俭朴素的生活，诚实憨厚的举动和企盼心情，驱散了我心中的乌云，感染了我的人生，理顺了我前进的思路。决心扎根农村，为民办实事是每个中华儿女应尽的神圣职责。也是将自己的知识运用到农村的回馈。

二、注重实践，服务基层。

自担任书记助理以来，我倍加珍惜工作机会，不断锤炼自己，对工作认真负责，以日常工作为中心，协助我社区两委班子做好各项工作：

1、社区环境卫生打扫与接待。为协助做好社区的环境卫生整治工作，自担任以来，基本上每天都会把社区的会议室、楼道打扫一遍，以保证社区时刻以干净整洁的面貌来迎接市、区、街道的卫生检查。同时承担起接待工作，为来访的上级领导和村民端茶倒水，并热心帮助来社区咨询办事的村民，为他们开证明、复印身份户籍资料、盖章等。

2、材料文案整理、写作。收集建房村民及其家庭成员的户籍资料、身份信息，并协助填写居民个人规划建房申请书。在其他村干部的帮助下写报告、总结，包括扶贫帮困工作总结、一推行四公开工作总结、社区年度工作总结等，通过现在这方面的锻炼，不仅提高了我在公文写作方面的能力，还让我对全社区的村情、民情有了更深入的了解。

3、协助新型农村合作医疗的推广普及。为了让农民朋友都能够了解这项政策，享受这项政策，入户宣传新型农村合作医疗这项惠民政策，动员群众积极参与。同时，配合村干部做好收费登记，因工作到位，我村20x年新农合的参合率达到98%。此外，我还积极协助乡合工办做好我社区新农合的微机录入工作。

5、借调街道两不误。因街道工作的需要，借调至x街道财务办公室，负责街道新能源的申报以及财务资料的整理，刚进入社区，连社区情况都未摸透调至街道，使得内心很慌张，但是社区领导非常支持有能力的年轻人去其他部门锻炼深造，在负责街道新能源工作申报的过程中及时与社区联络，完成整理编辑文件、远教等日常工作。

三、任重道远，自我鞭策不停息。

一年来，我成长了很多，也深刻认识到了自己的很多不足，如处理实际问题的经验不足，做事浮躁，做事的积极主动性不够，下村的时间较少，这些都制约了我在实际中的工作开展与提高。在以后的工作中，我将继续努力向领导同事们学习，不断加强实践，弥补不足。

在x社区任职一年来，虽然我感觉在思想上、学习上、工作上都取得了新的进步、新的成绩。但我也深刻认识到自己还存在着处理实际问题欠缺经验等的问题，但我将会在以后的工作中积极的向前辈们学习、请教，不断的积累实际经验努力做好每一项工作。积极努力协助各级领导完成各项工作任务，力争在大学生村官这一工作岗位上创造新的成绩!力争实现自己的诺言“求民之所求，办民之所需。”时光飞逝，只争朝夕。我真切地感受到新农村建设真是任重道远。也深感作为一名大学生村干部责任的重大和光荣的使命。因此以后的路我将走得更加坚定、更加积极。
